Temptation investigation is a special investigative techniques for collecting evidence.The paper not only confirms the value of the investigation temptation,but also elaborates on the major disadvantages of this investigation methods.To solve problems arising in practice,a mechanism should be established to constrain and regulate the use of investigation temptation.
