G code system oriented to Googol NC card

A numerical control system with independent copyright was developed using Visual C++ based on the platform of open industrial computer and Googol NC card.G code interpreting,system parameter modification,G code editing,tool parameter setting,tool compensation,etc.were included in the system.Interpreting and implementation of G code is one of the most important parts.The composition and characteristics of the G code were analyzed.The G code interpreting program was developed independently.The interpreted program was loaded into the buffer of Googol card to executing corresponding operations.The interpreting program has realized recognition of variables,expressions and macro programs and has resolved the problem of continuously loading of multiple programs.The interpreting program has been proved feasible through example verification.
