Preliminary discussion on the characteristics of papers and the academic quality of scientific periodicals

The academic quality of periodicals embodies in the academic quality of papers.Based upon the analysis on these characteristics,it is pointed out that to preserve and improve the quality of a periodical,the key is to strengthen the examination of contributed papers.
