Error Analysis between Dispersed Point Cloud and Reconstruction Model

After product's practical model is measured digitally,product's CAD model is constructed in reverse engineering. It is necessary to analyse the error between practical measurement data and reconstruction model. It will have effect on product's strypped-down and repeated manufacture. Dispersed point cloud of the part is preprocessed,section point cloud is got,then curve fitting and model reconstruction are realized,finally error analysis is done between dispersed point cloud and reconstruction model,error developing line is used to distinguish the region of big error.
