Spindle Fault Diagnosis Based on Wavelet and Envelope Analysis

The noise signals of spindle were collected and were transformed into time and frequency region.The high frequency components of the noise signals of fault spindle were extracted and analyzed with envelope spectrum,the spectrum analysis was made on the envelope graph,and the frequency information of fault was obtained.The experiment proves that the method can detect the fault of spindle by noise signals of machine tool.
