This thesis introduce the way decoded GPS OEM datas to RINEX format datas In accordance with ICD-GPS-200,and find the three-step-way when calculate real variables to this format.Then introduce the way make RINEX peculiar files,and use real example datas for demonstration,indicate the matters needing attention when calculate the result.By this way and step,can get the real numerical value simply and quickly.
