Design and Realization of ATS Evaluation System Based on Uncertainty

The ATS measure result directly affects the accuracy of signal analysis and its confidence level has important meaning for equipment test and fault diagnosis.This paper firstly takes the working frequency of instrument resource in ATS as classification principle,on which establishes the test passageway models of high frequency and low frequency of ATS.Then it elaborates for theory of measurement uncertainty and has designed the ATS evaluation system of measurement uncertainty.Finally it takes DMM passageway as example as the explanation of ATS evaluation realization of measurement uncertainty,which has guaranteed measure result to satisfy requirement of consistency,completeness and reliability.
