With the wide application of the computer network,the change has taken place in people's work style,life style and mode of thinking.But systematic loophole and defect of TCP/IP agreement have brought a lot of factors not safe to computer network.This text analyzed and published the corresponding strick precaution countermeasure on principle of cheaters.
