TECHNOLOGY IMPLEMENTATION OF THE VALVE-TURNOFF ANALYSIS FOR GAS PIPELINE NETWORK ACCIDENT IN ARCINFO PLATFORM

GIS provides a new management mode which is special for dealing with spatial data,it is widely applied in gas industry in present,but those based-GIS gas management information systems can no more than deal with gas information and are without analysis function.In this paper,based on a real engineering example,the technology method to set up the valve-turnoff analysis for gas pipeline accident in ArcInfo platform is realized,and the implementing process is described in detail.
