It was mainly described the hazards of earthquake in China high-speed railway, also elaborated the principle of the earthquake monitoring, principle of monitoring station distribution, mechanism of post-seismic emergency disposal. Finally, it was proposed the solution of Earthquake Monitoring Emergency Disposal System for China high-speed railway, given a suggestion of staged construction.
