The Effect of Depth to the Pressure Peak Value of Underwater Drilling Blasting Shock Wave

Pla Uni · Explosive Materials · 2008

This paper is to realize the characteristics and transmitting rules of underwater drilling blasting shock wave through studying the test data and pressure undulance acquired from small test of underwater drilling blasting in shore, considering the effect of depth to the pressure peak value of shock wave.It is found that when the depth of water increases from 1.0 m to 1.5 m,the shock wave peak value decreases rapidly, while from 1.5m to 2.0m and 2.5m,the peak value decreases slowly and genly.
