Application of Chaotic Time Series Theory in Forecasting of Total Amount of Telecommunication Services

As a direct service to the community sector,telecommunications industry plays an important role in the development of the national economy and information security. A reasonable prediction model can contribute to the development of the telecommunications industry,which is a complex nonlinear dynamic system. It uses chaotic theory in its short-term forecast. The results show that total amount of telecommunication services will grow continuously and equably in the next few years,but the growth rate will have a slight decrease.
