Research on Spatio-temporal Data Organization in Real Estate GIS
Huang Zhao-qiang, Feng Xue-zhi · Remote Sensing Information · 2005
First, the temporal GIS research progress is reviewed. And then based on analysis of real estate feature, the author classified real estate features for the need of practice application.Follow,a Spatio-temporal data conceptual model based on Petri-net is proposed. It treats the transition equivalent with the feature state. The model is different from other STDM based on events or state. This model considers the state changed by transition and the transition described by state, normally the state and transition depend on each other.Using the model, discrete state and transition are continued, and the relation of cause and effect is explicitly represented.Last,it organizes the spatio-temporal data in real estate GIS organically. It manages data by three databases: present database, work database and history database to implement spatio-temporal analysis: history look back, future forecast and change trend display.
