Putting forward the concept data and its background, the paper analyzing the SWOT of constructing data in China, which strengths include fore aspects such as forming common opinion of fishery informationlization. And we don't allow ignoring six weaknesses, such as shorting construction plan of fishery informationlization and datalization as a whole, fastening seven opportunities such as need of sustainable fishery resources using and economic development, resolving fore threats such as finance shortage. Accordingly established aim of constructing data can realize.
