E-goverment sites are the bridge of intercourse between government and public,they are also the door through which the government processes affairs in internet.Because of the specific function of these sites,there are greater requirements toward their service quality and response performance.Traditional method that add a simple counter in site page can't satisfy the new request.This article shows the characteristic of the Only-One-Site service,then discusses performance test and throughout analysis system's effect at site management,Finally focuses on the realizing technique of the two system.
