Operational Effectiveness Evaluation Model of Naval Gun Weapon System Based on ADC

Aimed at the problem of operational effectiveness evaluation of naval gun weapon system,an effectiveness evaluation model based on ADC(Availability,Dependability and Capability)method was proposed.According to the characteristics of naval gun weapon system,the evaluation model of the availability vector and dependability matrix was given.In the evaluation model of capability vector,the fire efficiency of naval gun was considered that has relations with tracking ability of sensor,damage probability,sighting capability and fire zone of gun,as well as the calculation model was given to evaluate exactly the capability matrix.Take the operational effectiveness calculation of the small caliber naval gun weapon system as an example,the model was applied.The results show the model can be used easily and evaluate exactly the operational effectiveness of naval gun.
