Analysis of Computer Software to Identify Trade Secrets and Technical Information

With the rapid development of the knowledge economy era,computer software technology in the field of knowledge increasingly subject to copyright and patent protection,but the two protection modes so far not perfect,therefore,how to identify trade secrets of computer software and technical information,and to provide effective protection,we need to explore and study.In this paper,the particularity of computer software technology fully integrated information,analysis of various issues involved in its trade secrets,commercial secrets describes how reasonable computer software technical information were identified.
