In this paper, the target for parallel computer I/O performance, the task will be distributed to the different treatment nodes, through the process of mutual coordination and cooperation in order to complete the FFT parallel algorithm to achieve.Upon completion of tasks in the process of adoption records of I/O time and computing time, obtained I/O performance and computing performance through the analysis of comparative data to understand I/O performance of the importance.On the computer I/O performance on how to further improve the system and improve the utilization of resources is of great significance.
