The Newly-revised "Copyright Law" and the Problems Related with the Copyright Body under the Network Environment

Linking with the newly revised copyright law,this paper discusses the problems related with the copyright body under the network environment,such as confirmation of the scope,nationality or domicile of the copyright body,and confirmation of the foreign copyright body's publications.
