The key data,such as fault log,important real-time data and configuration parameters,are usually stored in EEPROM,SRAM(with battery)or NVRAM.The Flash memory in MSP 430F149 is up to 60 kB,and can be programmed in-system by CPU.FRAM(Ferroelectric nonvolatile RAM)has many excellent performances,such as no write delay and unlimited write endurance.In accordance with the features of MSP 430F149's Flash memory and FRAM,a data storage scheme for measuring control instrument in power system based on buffering concept is designed.It has been applied in a real product and the good performance is achieved.
