The article epitomizes the present situation of water resources in Hengshui,anaylzing the present situation and the existing problems of the monitoring and management of water resources,and putting forward the water resources regulatory issues related suggestions about revising and improving the water resources management system;constructing network platform of water information,evaluation,management to promote mutual combination of monitoring and management of water resources;implementing system and strictly enforcing the law to promote water balance test,water resources argumentation work to develop;increasing the propaganda and enhancing citizens water-saving awareness to promote the construction of water-saving society.
