Digital Signature Scheme Based on Weil Pairings of Elliptic Curve

This paper,using the bilinear property and other property of the Weil pairing over the elliptic curves,puts forward a digital signature scheme based on ElGamal public key cryptosystem over elliptic curve which uses Weil paring to validate the signature.
