Study on the model of document image processing

It's necessary to process the document images obtained through scanning before the document images were applied to DIIS(document image information system).The quality of the processing affected directly to the quality of the DIIS.Therefore,it's significant to explore this processing mode.Based on analysis of the development of the document image processing(DIP),the image processing rules were pointed out for the official resource document,and a new DIP system was proposed.This DIP system could meet the functional requirements of general DIIS,so it could provide useful information for the construction of DIIS.
