This paper Analysed for urging the government function to change from managing to serving,the government service flow from complex to simple reform,the government leadership decision-making from pats the head to the dependence data and the fact speech,the E-government have created the huge space.This paper discussed the data mining how to help the government to gain a data,how to intelligently analyze data and assist decision-making.The intellectualized E-government who takes serving the public,realizing resource share,improving an efficacy as subject becomes the real hot spot problem.
