Developing hard-disk protection method based on API Hook function

The merits and disadvantages of many hard disk protection methods were discusseed.Then a new method to protect hard disk were depriveed based on API-hook function and file-mirroring techniques,which embed hook service into API function call within user's vendor supplied device driver program(also called VxD).
