Research on Sampling of Tax-checking

Information technology is the kernel of the Golden Taxation Program.Firstly,the paper builds the discriminative model of tax-checking sampling.Secondly,it chooses the new technology of Self-Organizing Feature Map(SOM) to build the intelligent increase value tax analyzing model.At last,it points out that the application of model increases the accuracy of tax-checking sampling.
