Design and Experimental Research on 4QL-1 Sweet Potato Ridging and Harvesting Multi-functional Machine

Sweet potato ridging and harvesting multi-functional machine which achieves functions such as fertilization,ridging,repression,harvesting and so on was designed,and the structural design,the work principle and the technical parameters of the structural and the key components are described.Experiment evaluation in heavy soil conditions showed that the machine had the characteristics of operating smoothly and reliably and so on,and whose ridge consistency was 97%,soil bulk density changing rate was 27%,qualification rate from the adjacent ridge is 90%,and whose harvest index are as follows,the ratio of the visible sweet potato is 97%,the ratio of the missing digged sweet potato is 0.3%,the ratio of the injured sweet potato is 1%,the ratio of the damaged skin is 1.5%.
