According to the characteristics of nursing refined management in Wuqing Hospital of Chinese Traditional Medicine,the experience and effectiveness by applying information technology on nursing management is introduced.By RFID technology,the task of nursing is more clear,the process and standard of nursing is more explicit.The guideline of nursing can avoid nursing variation.All these can greatly improve efficiency and refine nursing performance assessment.
