From the system power, micro-computer measurement and control, system hardware and system software of view, the paper emphatically expatiates on the reliability design of HT6L_1-400Z/1140 combined magnetic control station based on PLC. The site running proves that the magnetic control station has stable performance and reliable running, which has a broad application prospect.
