Research of Congestion Control Method about Video Monitoring System Based on MPEG-4 in Network

How to realize the reliable and efficient transmission of video in network is a very important work about video monitoring system.The methods about congestion control that may be adopted in video monitoring system based on MPEG-4 in network were analyzed in the paper.And a method were shown.The method consider of the influence of the sender,the receiver and the middle node to the video monitoring system.It is decided that whether the congestion occur by the rate of loss packet,the delay and the jitter.
