Design of Monitoring System of Hydraulic Drilling Rig Based on LabVIEW

In view of problems in fault diagnosis traditional of hydraulic drilling rig,using virtual instrument technology,a condition monitoring system of drilling rig based on LabVIEW was designed,achieved function of real-time condition data detection,real-time display,alarm,data save and data playback,made correct and rapid judgment of various failure.Also,the LabVIEW virtual instrument application development platform,USB DAQ card,serial ports,the sensors,the structures and functions of the software and the hardware of this system are described,as well as key technology.
