Firmness of Transverse Fixation Way with 3 Bands of Adhesive Plaster in Intravenous Infusion Comparison

Objective To explore the fixation way with adhesive plaster of 3 bands package in intravenous infusion and increase the successful rate of intravenous infusion.Methods Adopting pairing study method,360 time of intravenous infusion were divided into two groups.The experimental group adopted transverse fixation with 3 bands of adhesive plaster,and the control group adopted routine fixation way with 4 bands of adhesive plaster.Results The total effective rate was 92.22% in the experimental group and 85% in the control group.The occurrence rate of swelling and ooze was 7.78% in the experimental group and 15% in the control group.There was statistical difference between the two groups(P0.05).Conclusions The transverse fixation way with3 bands of adhesive plaster can increase the successful rate of intravenous infusion,and decrease the occurrence rate of swelling and ooze.
