Managing User Accounts with Windows Registry

The accounts should be created for every users if a database system is manipulated by many users. In this paper, a solution for user accounts is given by means of utilizing Windows registry and programming with Visual Basic. It抯 performance is proved to be sample and efficient by developing the medical insurance system of our university.
