Since 2013, Jiangxi Province has seen a significant drop in investment growth rate. According to statistics, in the first half of 2013 the province's fixed asset investment growth rate dropped 9.3 percentage points year on year. To stable investment growth, play the key role of investment in steadying economic growth, and further enhance the province's economic development potential, the paper proposes methods to upgrade provincial development, speed the process of building a well-off society, promote green rise and equity entrepreneurship, and to revitalize private capital.
