The optimization problem of sales and services network after merger and acquisition is studied in this paper. Constructed optimized model in non\|fixed strategy, all the sales centers could be changed and rearranged. The idea of our algorithm is: Using shock program to sales network after merger. We design our new network as if all the centers did not exist. We just optimize the new network according to the customer set. If each sales center is identical, the problem can be formulated as how to construct the sales center network to minimize the total cost as: if one sales center can serve k customers. The algorithm and its time complexity is discussed at the final part. The result is complementary with the existed research results.
