The Construction of Cobweb Model on China's Estate Market

The author estimates the cobweb model on China's real estate market by the recent data of real estate market and using the establishment of supply and demand equation and the Cobweb theory,points out that the real estate market in our country belongs to the divergent Cobweb model,its price and supply will not be automatically return to a balanced state and it needs the favor of country's macro-control.
