Extracting Ellipses Based Hough Transform and Active Snake Technique

This paper presents a new algorithm for extracting ellipses by combining Hough Transform and Active Snake technique. Our experiments demonstrate that this method is robust, accurate, and can be implemented parallel. And also is especially efficiency for the situation where there are multi ellipses in images.
