A general Adaptor Design Technique for PCB Testing

Interconnection Test Adaptor design techniques for PCB testing are discussed,and a design principle is proposed in this paper.Problems such as power protection and switching system protection in the adaptor design are also discussed.Especially,we discuss the fault tolerance mechanism and signal switching techniques in the adaptor design in detail.
