Feature extraction of radar deceptive-jamming signal based on atomic decomposition

Feature extraction of radar deceptive-jamming signal by employing atomic decomposition technique is presented in this paper.The basic principles and classic algorithms of atomic decomposition are introduced,and an overcomplete dictionary including Heaviside dictionary is constructed according to the fact that the deceptive-jamming signal generated from a typical Digital radio frequency memory(DRFM) based electronic attack(EA) system affected by DRFM quantization.Finally,three important parameters are found through the computation of the decomposition coefficients.The simulation results show that the technique is effective for recognizing deceptive-jamming signal.
