According to the characteristics of power enterprises production management,this paper designs a set of complete production real-time monitoring systems.The system integrates several function modules,such as production process real-time monitoring,run-time critical events automatic monitoring and alerting,performance calculation and economic analysis,important indicators online comparative analysis and comprehensive report.Further,by realizing the production data transmission and sharing between various departments of power generation companies and power plants,the system will be helpful to quickly and accurately grasp the operation conditions of power plants for the staff,and improve the informatization and management level of power enterprises.
