A New Combination Rules of Evidence Theory

D S evidence theory is a very useful tool in dealing with the uncertainty problems,but its application is limited by the shortcomings of combination rules.Yager had provided some the modified rules,but his rules have some deficiencies.So in this article the new combination rules are proposed which are better than D S's and Yager's rules in combining the conflicted evidences.
