Comparison of Operational Efficiency between Independent Hotel and Hotel Group

The principal objective of this study is to estimate the operational efficiency of independent hotel,international hotel group and national hotel group by applying DEA and Malmquist productivity index.The result of this research can help the managements of hotels to realize their relative operating performances and therefore respond in time by appropriately regulating the levels of the inputs and output items.
