A Counting Geometric Method for Locating and Power Supply Area Plotting of Substations

A counting geometric method for automatically locating and power supply area plotting of substation is presented in this paper. It synthetically considers the technology and economic demand of the power planning and the geometric characteristics of the influenced region,maximal-empty circularity and local dynamic of Voronoi diagrams. The method can ensure the auto-optimized locating of the substations,the best partition of the substation power supply area, and pioneer a new way to optimize planning of the substation. The example systems demonstrate the validity and rationality of the method.
