Based on a brief introduction to Oracle Spatial and the characteristics of relevant spatial analysis,this paper gives several approaches to spatial analysis performance tuning with an emphasis on mass forest resource spatial data analysis and presents detailed methods to achieve each approach.By using main statistical data provided by SQL trace mechanism,this paper also studies contributions to performance from each tuning approach respectively.
