Research and Implementation of Content-based Image Retrieval

The wavelet analysis is effectively used in image color and texture feature extraction, and an approach is proposed,which combines wavelet analysis and sub-regions together to extract color feature. A system is exploited,which combines color feature,texture feature and correlation feedback technology for image retrieval. The experimental results show that the system has obvious advantages and universal applications.
