A practical bandgap reference circuit applied to audio power amplifier

A practical bandgap reference circuit with simple structure based on the traditional bandgap reference circuit structure was designed to provide the reference voltage for audio power amplifier. Meanwhile,a start-up circuit for quick establishment of the reference voltage was also designed. The 0.18 μm 1P4M BCDMOS technology is adopted in circuit design. The supply voltage is 3.3 V from LDO in audio power amplifier. The results of Cadence Spectre simulation show that the circuit has 1.26417 V output at room temperature in tt model,and the reference voltage has 5% deviation in the different process corner model at-40～150 °C.
