Clinical Analysis of Thyroid Nodules by Color Ultrasound Diagnosis

Objective To explore the color ultrasound in the diagnosis of thyroid nodules clinical significance. Methods Selected in our hospital in 2013 April-2014 year during June admitted 104 patients with thyroid nodules, color ultrasonography on it, and the size, degree of thyroid nodule patients within and surrounding the echoes were observed, compared with the pathological results. Results The color Doppler ultrasound, 79 cases suffered from benign thyroid nodules, and the coincidence rate was 90.8%(79/87), 9 cases with thyroid malignant nodules, and the coincidence rate was 64.3%(9/14). Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of thyroid nodules with high value, which laid the foundation for the preliminary diagnosis of thyroid nodules, determine the operation scheme of the existence of great significance.
