The analysis of the building of electronic system in lightning electromagnetic impulse risk factor,building electronic information system risk assessment of lightning electromagnetic pulse classification steps is introducted.Through the engineering examples,the lightning electromagnetic pulse in the classification of risk assessment of Engineering application is analysed.
