The use of XML technology to develop the hospital information system company of Southwest Tarim in Xinjiang and Xinjiang Bazhou HIS health insurance IC card interface system and part of the process.The system is based on client / server architecture as a model,the front client PB9.0 development tools,database back-end server for the ORACLE/9i.The number of toll charges can operate health insurance IC card,complete Taxinan to the Real Time Gross Settlement in Bavaria remote interface(middleware) software development,XML technologies,principles and tools of the six PB interface function calls and XML documents generation software technology issues.
