The mathematical model of Google search engine and its application

This paper,based on the analysis of the Random Surfer Model of Google’s PageRank Algorithm,focuses on its application in Football Team Ranking Problem(CUMCM 93B).The ranking result shows that it is believable and stable when parameters are variable in certain range.
